Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds

We do not offer refunds or cancellations for donations made to TPNF. Once a donation is received, it is immediately put to use to support our programs and services. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.

Cancellations

If you have made a donation to TPNF and you would like to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to process your request, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible.

In-kind donations

If you would like to make an in-kind donation to TPNF, such as food, clothing, or medical supplies, we will be happy to accept it. However, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations for in-kind donations.
